We meet monthly on the 2nd Wednesday of the Month.
Time: 10 am -12 noon

Heart of Hounslow Centre for Health

Each session will aim to cover information on a specific topic as well as provide an opportunity for general discussion/sharing of experiences.
As this is a multi agency initiative, we have links to many sources of information and advice and this information has been shared, up until now, via email - now we hope to share information via this site.
